Where We Ship
Thank you for supporting our small business! We ship anywhere in the United States. As soon as we can we will announce when we are able to ship internationally. Please email us and let us know which countries you’d like us to ship to!
Most Green Bee product orders will ship the day after your order was placed and we will notify you via email (or text if you share your mobile number) once your package is out for delivery. If your order was placed on a weekend (mid-day Friday MST through Sunday), your order will generally be shipped out on Monday. Please note, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order could take up to 3 business days to ship. Please be assured that we are doing our best.
Thank you for supporting our small business! We hate paying for shipping as much as you do. Orders over $100 (after any coupons or discounts applied) will ship for free. As soon as we can afford to, we will expand our free shipping policy.
Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages
Green Bee Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages, but we will do our best to help you figure out what happened.
Items missing or damaged:
If any products arrive damaged, you’re missing an item, or you have concerns about your order, please email us so we can resolve any issues.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product and describe the problem including:
- Your name
- Order Number
- Photo of damaged product
- Tracking number if missing shipment
Upon receipt, we’ll replace the product for broken or missing items.
or you’ll be refunded the full amount of the items, Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Other issues with your order?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
It is our priority, at Green Bee Botanicals, to make sure you get the glow-up you came for. We guarantee the potency, efficacy and purity of every product. If you have any questions or concerns please email our tiny but mighty team within 7 days of your purchase (email: email@example.com) to schedule a consultation and we will do our best to find a solution for you. If after the consultation you are still not satisfied, contact the team via email to arrange a return. Your returned items must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of your emailed return request. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase price (less a $8 restocking fee) to your original form of payment.
Sales items, subscriptions, or promotional items are not eligible for return.
